  • Qualification
    - Applicants who have completed regular bachelor's courses at domestic or foreign universities and received valid bachelor's degrees.
    - Applicants who have received high scores of TEPS or TOEFL above the standard.
  • Majors for Application
    - Applicants who have not completed department (undergraduate) courses or majors containing
      "Ethical Education" or "Public Ethics".
  • Selection Factor

    Major Major, Introduction to Public Ethics (One Problem for Each Major, including Curriculum Education, Politics, North Korean Studies, Ethics)

  • Documents for Submission
    - 1 Entrance Application Form (Standard Form) (OMR)
    - 2 Photos (3x4, To be attached on the application form)
    - 1 (Potential) Graduation Certificate (2 for Military Consignment)
    - 1 Overall Certificate for the Bachelor's Course (2 for Military Consignment) : Submission of transcripts with scores in percentage
      ¡Ø In case of potential graduates, applicants must submit transcripts up to the first semester of the fourth year.
    - Applicants who submit the scores of TOEFL must submit the copies of their TOEFL scores together with their application
      forms (by checking the existence of original copies) before sending the transcripts issued by ETS to our university prior to the
      announcement of the final applicants. (The transcripts issued by ETS must be applied by the applicants themselves,
      University Code : 7972)
      ¡Ø Only the scores of TEPS (or TOEFL) less than two tears based on the final date of application are valid.
  • Entarance Exam Schedule
    Application forms are distributed in December every year. Within two to three weeks after the submission of application forms, applicants receive written examinations. Specific schedules vary every year.
    Therefore, you must refer to "Entrance Information" of the homepage of Seoul National University.
